Time & Motion Elite Vest

The Ol' Tom Time & Motion Elite Vest is engineered around obsessive organization for turkey hunters who carry a full arsenal and refuse to dig through generic gear pouches. Instead of an open-format chassis, every striker, pot call, box call, and diaphragm has an assigned station designed to eliminate excess movement in the timber. It caters squarely to mobile hunters who prioritize fast, silent access to their calls when a gobbler cuts the distance unexpectedly.

Constructed from durable, briar-resistant fabric, the exterior holds up well against thorny greenbrier, thick brush, and coarse tree bark. The integrated drop-down seat cushion provides generous foam padding, giving you the insulation and comfort required to outwait a stubborn tom against an oak trunk. While the harness system distributes weight cleanly across the shoulders, the comprehensive pocket layout and padding make the bare vest heavier than bare-bones strap rigs even before loading decoys into the game bag.

In the field, the primary advantage is tactile efficiency; you can consistently locate specific calls in the dark by muscle memory alone. The trade-off is warmth and bulk, as the structured build breathes less effectively during warm, late-season pursuits than ultralight alternatives. Against comparable mid-to-high-tier turkey vests, this model stands out for hunters who favor disciplined pocket layouts and maximum gear protection over featherweight minimalism.
