Each builder walks shelter, sleep, cook, cutting tools, and layers in order, then lets you swap in specific products from the gear directory.

Yes. An account lets us persist your saved kits, share a public link, revisit builds across devices, and compare loadouts side by side. Sign-in is free and takes about 20 seconds.

The 10-item rule comes from the Alone TV show: contestants may bring exactly 10 items from a fixed allowed list. The Build-Your-Ten and Build-Your-Ten-Alone builders enforce that count and flag any conflicts with the show's allowed-items list.
