This polyester construction, 100% recycled for the main body, is engineered to trap just enough warmth while actively moving moisture and allowing air to pass through easily. It’s built for those days when you’re consistently on the move – skinning uphill, trail running in cool weather, or layering under a shell for fast-paced alpine pursuits. The fit is athletic, close to the body, designed to layer efficiently without bulk.

In the field, the R1 Air performs exactly as advertised. The open, airy knit feels surprisingly warm for its weight when you start moving, but the real magic is how quickly it dumps excess heat once you're working hard.
