Foil Packet Pierogi and Kielbasa
Frozen pierogi, sausage, and onion sealed in foil and buried in coals — no pot, no dishes.

Ingredients
- •24 Frozen pierogi
- •1 lb Kielbasa
- •1 Onion
- •4 tbsp Butter
Equipment
- • Heavy-duty foil
- • Tongs
Instructions
- 1Tear four large sheets of heavy-duty foil and butter the centers.
- 2Divide pierogi, sliced kielbasa, and onion between them.
- 3Fold into sealed packets with a double crimp on top.
- 4Set on coals 12 minutes per side.
- 5Open carefully away from your face — the steam is hot.
