What this episode covers

With easy food sources dwindling, contestants intensify efforts to hunt, fish and forage as caloric deficits mount. Energy levels drop noticeably, and participants reassess their strategies for the weeks ahead. The toll of sustained hunger becomes a central challenge for those still in the game.
