What this episode covers
As food becomes scarcer, hunger starts to affect contestants both physically and mentally. Randy Champagne and Mike Lowe each find the isolation harder to bear than expected, with Champagne disliking being alone and Lowe missing his wife. Both decide to end their runs around the same point in the competition.
